One-time prices are a range because the amount of leaves changes a lot from one yard to the next, so we'll pin down your exact price once we know the property.
Why go with a package?
Kansas City trees don't drop everything at once. Maples tend to go first and oaks can hang on into December, so a single cleanup done too early can leave you looking at a fresh layer a couple of weeks later.
Two visits works well as one cleanup mid-season and a final one once the trees are bare. Three visits adds an early pass so the leaves never get the chance to mat down on the grass. You pick the timing and we'll get you on the schedule.

We Take Every Leaf With Us
Raking the front yard only gets you part of the way. Wet leaves left on the lawn smother the grass over the winter, and they pile up in flower beds, along fence lines and in the corners of the patio. We clear all of it.
When we pull away, the leaves go with us. They get mulched and bagged right there in the yard and hauled off at no extra charge, so you're not left with a row of bags waiting on trash day.

How much does leaf cleanup cost?
A one-time cleanup runs $150-$200 for a small yard under 5,000 square feet, $225-$300 for an average yard (5,000-10,000 sq. ft.), $350-$500 for a large yard (10,000-20,000 sq. ft.), $500-$650 for a half acre and $750-$1,000+ for an acre. Haul away and disposal are included in every price.
What's the difference between the packages?
The 2-visit package is two complete cleanups at 10% off, and the 3-visit package is three complete cleanups at 13% off. For a small yard that comes to $270 for two visits or $390 for three. One-acre packages are quoted per property.
What do you do with the leaves?
We mulch and bag them on site and haul them away. Disposal is included, so there's nothing extra to pay and nothing left sitting at the curb.
Do you clean out flower beds and hard surfaces too?
Yes. Flower beds and landscaped areas are part of every cleanup, and so are your driveway, sidewalks and patio.
